• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the full price will be refunded.

• Refund Method: Refunds are processed via bKash within 10-12 working days after we receive the item.

2. Offline Returns (In-Store) For purchases made directly at our physical storefront, we follow an exchange-only policy.

• Exchange Policy: Offline returns are handled exclusively through the exchange of products.

• No Cash Refunds: Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for offline purchases.
